Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of gprocessor.com and its tools (the “Service”), operated by [Operator], [address], registered in [jurisdiction] (“we”, “us”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Purchases of credits are processed by our Merchant of Record (see section 3) and are additionally subject to that provider’s terms.

1. The Service

Graphic Processor provides on-demand image, audio, and document processing (background removal, transcription, text recognition, inpainting, upscaling, and similar tools) running on our own GPU servers, billed with prepaid credits. Some tools are in beta and may change or be temporarily unavailable.

2. Your account

You sign in with Google. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your Google account secure. You must provide accurate information and be at least 16 years old (or the higher age of digital consent in your country).

3. Credits and payment

• Credits are sold through Polar, our Merchant of Record. When you buy credits, Polar acts as the seller of record for that transaction and handles payment processing, invoicing, and any applicable taxes (VAT/GST/sales tax). Your purchase is also subject to Polar’s terms and privacy policy.
• New accounts receive a limited number of free credits.
• Credits are consumed when you run a job. If a job fails on our side, the credits for that job are automatically returned to your balance.
• Credits do not expire while your account is open.
• Purchased credits are prepaid. Except where a refund is required by law, they are non-refundable, and unused credits have no cash value.
• Prices and credit costs may change; changes apply only to future purchases.
• Consumer right of withdrawal. If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase. Because credits give you immediate access to a digital service, at checkout you expressly request that performance begin immediately and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal for credits once they are used. Any credits you have not yet used within the 14-day period remain refundable.
• Refunds and disputes. As Polar is the seller of record, refunds, chargebacks, and payment disputes are handled by Polar in line with its policies. Service-side issues (such as failed jobs) are handled by us directly. If a payment is reversed, disputed without cause, or flagged as fraudulent, we may suspend your account and freeze the affected credits while the matter is reviewed.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• process content that is illegal, infringes others’ rights, or violates others’ privacy;
• create or process sexual or intimate imagery of a person without their consent, including non-consensual deepfakes;
• process any content that sexualises or exploits minors (we report such content to the competent authorities);
• upload malware or attempt to abuse, overload, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the Service;
• process files you do not own or do not have the rights to use.

We may remove content and suspend accounts to comply with the law or these Terms. To report illegal content or a rights violation, contact [email protected]; we review reports and act where appropriate.

5. Your content

You keep all rights to the files you upload and the results you receive. You grant us a limited licence to store and process your files solely to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not claim ownership of your content and do not use it to train AI models. You are solely responsible for your content and how you use the results.

6. Availability and “as is”

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. Some tools are in beta and may change or be temporarily unavailable. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose. Nothing in this section affects rights you have as a consumer under applicable law.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost data or lost profits. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for credits in the three months before the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability where it cannot be excluded or limited by law — including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any mandatory liability owed to consumers.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from Account → Danger zone. When you delete your account, your data is removed as described in the Privacy Policy.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service. If we terminate your account for a violation, any unused credits are forfeited and are not refunded.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms; the “Last updated” date shows the current version. For material changes we will make reasonable efforts to notify you. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction], without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of any mandatory laws of your country of residence, and you may bring proceedings in your local courts where the law gives you that right.

11. Open source software

The Service is built with open source software. The components below are distributed to your browser as part of this site; their licenses and source code are linked here. A fuller description is available on our open source licenses page.

Our video and image tools do not ship a codec of their own: encoding and decoding are performed by your browser through its built-in WebCodecs implementation, which is covered by your browser vendor’s own licensing. If you believe a component is missing or listed incorrectly, please contact us and we will correct it.
