Graphic Processor

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 4 July 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Graphic Processor (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects your information when you use gprocessor.com and our image, audio, and document processing tools (the “Service”).

1. Who we are

The Service is operated by [Operator name], [address], [jurisdiction], which is the data controller for your personal data. For any privacy question, contact [email protected].

2. Information we collect

3. How we use your information, and our legal bases

Under the GDPR, we rely on the following legal bases:

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use your uploaded files to train AI models.

For the content of the files you upload, you decide what to process — so you act as the controller of that content, and we process those files on your behalf and under your instructions, solely to deliver the result you request.

4. Where your files are processed

Your files are processed on our own GPU servers. We do not send them to third-party AI providers. Processing happens only on infrastructure we operate.

5. Data retention

Uploaded files and generated results are automatically deleted about 6 hours after processing — please download your results in time. Your account, credit balance, and transaction history are kept while your account exists. When you delete your account (Account → Danger zone), your profile, jobs, files, and credit history are permanently removed. We may keep minimal records where the law requires it (for example, tax or accounting records).

6. Sharing and sub-processors

We share the minimum data necessary with:

Our analytics and error tracking run on our own infrastructure, not third-party services. We may disclose information if required by law.

Some of these providers are based outside the EEA (for example, in the United States). Where your data is transferred outside the EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.

7. Cookies

We use a single essential cookie to keep you signed in. Our analytics is cookieless and does not track you across other sites. We do not use advertising cookies.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live (including under the EU GDPR), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, export, or restrict the use of your personal data, to object to certain processing, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on it. You can delete your account and data yourself in the app, or contact [email protected]. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.

9. Security

We protect your data with encrypted connections and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to keep your information safe.

10. Children

The Service is not intended for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has provided us with data, contact [email protected] and we will delete it.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes are reflected by the “Last updated” date above.
