Yes. The first 50 pages appear as previews you can rearrange right away. To work with other pages, enter their numbers or a range (for example 102-125) - only those pages are shown and can be reordered. Pages outside the range keep their original order at the end.

Does reordering change the content?

No. Pages are copied exactly into the new order, so text and images keep their original quality. Only the order of the pages changes.
