Organize PDF pages

How it works

Organize PDF changes the order of pages inside a document — move an appendix to the end, put a cover page first, fix a scan that came out shuffled. Pages are copied exactly into the new order, so text and images keep their original quality. This tool only reorders: to throw pages away use Delete Pages, to pull specific ones out use Extract Pages. Everything runs in your browser and nothing is uploaded.

  1. Drop a PDF onto the page. Page thumbnails render locally.
  2. Drag any page thumbnail to a new position, or use the left and right arrows on the thumbnail to shift it one step at a time.
  3. Only the first previewed pages can be rearranged; the remaining pages keep their original order and stay at the end of the document.
  4. “Reset order” returns the document to how it started.
  5. Press “Save new order” and download the reorganized PDF.
