How it works
Watermark PDF stamps your own text across every page — CONFIDENTIAL on a draft, DRAFT on a quote, a company name on a document you are sending out. The text goes on top of the page, and you control how loud it is: a pale diagonal stamp you can read straight through, or a bold horizontal line across the middle. The built-in font currently covers Latin letters, digits and common punctuation; non-Latin scripts such as Cyrillic, Arabic or Hindi are not supported yet. The watermark is applied entirely in your browser — the document never leaves your device.
- Drop a PDF onto the page.
- Type the watermark text, for example CONFIDENTIAL. Stick to Latin letters, digits and common punctuation — anything else is refused before the watermark is added.
- Choose the style: “Diagonal” runs the text corner to corner, “Horizontal” lays it across the centre of the page.
- Pick a colour (gray, red, blue or black) and a size (small, medium or large), then drag the “Opacity” slider — low for a subtle background stamp, high for an overlay nobody can miss.
- Press “Add watermark” and download the stamped PDF. The text lands on every page of the document.
