Is Rotate PDF free to use?

Are my files uploaded to a server?

No. Your file stays on your device - nothing is uploaded. The document is processed entirely in your browser and never sent to a server.

Do I need an account to rotate a PDF?

No. The tool works for guests right away: pick or drop a PDF, set the options and download the result. No registration or login is required.

What rotation angles are available?

Each click turns a page by 90 degrees. Use the arrows on a page preview to rotate that single page left or right, or Rotate all left / Rotate all right for the whole document. Click a page several times to turn it further (90, 180 or 270 degrees); Reset rotations restores the original orientation.

Does rotating affect the quality of the PDF?

No. Only the orientation changes - the text, images and drawings on the page stay exactly as they were. Rotate all applies to every page, including the ones beyond the 50-page preview.

Why is the download disabled?

The download becomes available only after you rotate at least one page. If an error appears after that, the file is most likely protected against changes - save a copy with Print -> Save as PDF and try again.

How it works

Use the arrows on a page preview to turn that single page left or right - handy when just one scan came out rotated.
Use “Rotate all left” or “Rotate all right” to turn the whole document at once. This applies to every page, including the ones past the preview.
“Reset rotations” puts everything back if you overshoot.
